Hailing from London England,
Dixon comes from a long line of acclaimed referees. Both his
father and grandfather refereed
bare-knuckle boxing in the British Army and his great grandfather,
Sir Beuford Butts, refereed pistol duels in the Welsh countryside.
It was just last year that the Butts family was recognized
for their achievements while having tea with the Queen Mother.
She told them that their umpiring was jolly good.
But Dixon wanted more than to just follow in his ancestors
footsteps so he give it some wellie and set sail to Canada,
Britains finest colony. Dixon has gained an excellent
reputation for his ability to call the match righty-right,
and hes enjoying his stay. His only complaint so far
is the lack of kidney pie and blood pudding on Canadian restaurant
menus.
