Wavell Starr was trained at the Hart Brothers Wrestling School in Calgary Alberta. This First Nations athlete has wrestled extensively across Canada for some of the country’s top promotions. As a young rookie Wavell had the unique opportunity to step into the ring with a number of experienced veterans, and this valuable experience only accelerated his natural wrestling ability. As one half of “The Indian Outlaws”, Wavell and The Dream Warrior had a long and brutal rivalry against “Assault and Battery”, Massive Damage and Chi Chi Cruz, that fans still talk about years afterwards.
